The family suite offered spacious comfort with clean bedding and handy amenities like complimentary water in the fridge. The view of the mountains from our room added a nice touch to our stay.

The area isn't the best, but it's close to Woolworths for essentials. The lack of baths due to the drought was a letdown, though we managed with showers. The stairs were a hassle since our room was at the top, and the intermittent load shedding made things a bit inconvenient, although lanterns were provided.

It was in a great location within walking distance of Woolworths. The staff was welcoming providing the information.

Facilities were clean, though Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Such great experience there. This property was fairly clean and magnificent! Location just off the center, Restaurants and Waterfront, and all major attractions. Also, in a quiet area. Very impressed with standard room with great variety of breakfast.

Consider staying in the cottage for extra space, as it accommodates larger groups comfortably and is conveniently located near the town center.

We booked 2 rooms and were pretty much given a whole wing to ourselves which meant we could easily move between the rooms. All the rooms are extremely large and spatious. Also the hotel is right across the road from Zanzibar night club the main meeting point of our stay

The rooms did not have black-out curtains which meant the sun woke us up

The breakfast impressed me with its taste, though the coffee arrived a bit cold. My room felt cozy and comfortable after a long day. I particularly appreciated how attentive the staff were throughout my stay. I faced a significant issue with the door in my room. I was unexpectedly locked in my room because the door wouldn't open from the inside, which forced me to call reception each time I wanted to exit. This was quite inconvenient and needed urgent attention. For a one-night stay, it had its comforts and challenges, but improvements in maintenance and coffee temperature would enhance the experience.

The rooms are neat and ideal. Also, the location is particularly good and excellent, minutes from Knysna Waterfront. It's in the recreational area close to Restaurants and Waterfront, the resturants and the store which is another bonus.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the smooth check-in process and the nice breakfast that filled me up for the day. There were great spots to relax, like the cozy lounge and a beautiful outdoor seating area. 😊
